Bharat Drone Shakti 2023, held on September 25-26, 2023,
at Hindon Airforce Station and organized by the Drone
Federation of India, was a landmark event showcasing India's
advancements in drone technology. The event, inaugurated by
the Defence Minister, attracted Ambassadors and delegates from
various nations.
Representing the IT Department, faculty member Nidhi
Sengar actively engaged with international delegates, discussing
the integration of IT and drone technology and exploring
potential avenues for R&D collaboration. MAIT students
Deepanshu Bhardwaj and Sanyam Choraria managed Air Traffic
Control at the venue, ensuring smooth event operations.

Additionally, faculty members interacted with representatives
from Flycamp, a prominent drone company, sparking discussions
on emerging drone applications and future partnerships.
The participation of our faculty and students underscores
the institution's commitment to technological leadership and
innovation, fostering valuable industry connections and setting
the stage for impactful knowledge-sharing and collaboration
